둘의 차이점은 무엇일까요? 판단은 자신이 옳다고 무조건 주장하는 고정된 시각을 뜻합니다. 당신은 종종 감정적으로 격해지는 것을 느낄 것이고 이는 차이를 감지하는 유용한 방법이기도 합니다. 반면 자각은 당신이 손쉽게 바꿀 수 있는 하나의 흥미로운 관점을 말합니다.

판단은 그것이 좋든 나쁘든 이에 상관없이 자신을 조정하고 제한시킬 뿐입니다. 그렇지만 자각은 당신으로 하여금 무한한 가능성들에 다가갈 수 있도록 길을 열어줍니다.

한계로부터 자유로워지고 싶다면 필요할 때마다 이를 반복해서 기억하세요. “나의/타인의 확고한 의견을 포함한 모든 것은 그저 하나의 흥미로운 관점일 뿐이다.”
