지난 번 밤새 고객 접대를 하고 새벽 4시에 겨우 침대에 쓰러졌던 날을 기억하나요? 그 다음날 당신의 컨디션과 업무성과는 어땠나요?

마지막으로, 몇 년을 신체건강을 무시하며 살고 난 후엔 어떤 일이 벌어지나요?

통계에 의하면 서구식 삶을 사는 모든 남성 중 50%가, 모든 여성 중 33%가 암에 걸릴 것이라고 합니다. 한국의 경우 이는 다섯 명의 남성 중에 두 명에 해당하는 비율입니다. 질병은 우리 신체가 균형을 잃었으니 관심을 기울여야 한다는 일종의 신호입니다.
